 Ingredients: - 550 g flour

 - 110 g butter
 - 1 1/2 tablespoon cream
 - 125ml of warm milk
 - 25 g yeast
 - 1/2 vanilla bean
 - 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
 If using a bread machine, replace fresh yeast with a packet of instant yeast bakery.
 preparation:
 Boil the milk with 1/2 vanilla bean, split in two. Let cool.
 In a large bowl, add the sifted flour. Make a well, add salt, break the eggs, add the powdered sugar and softened butter cut into small pieces.
 Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm milk.
 Work the dough by adding gradually remaining milk. Knead the dough thoroughly and extensively.
 In a bowl, pour the yeast in milk, brandy, cream and orange blossom water.
 Add this mixture to the dough and work it until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let rise for 6 hours in a warm place. After this time, dust with flour a baking sheet.
 Shape dough into a loaf. Let rise another 1 h.
 Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5 (180 ° C).
 Brown the surface of the striker with beaten egg. Make an incision with a knife in the middle of the bun.
